Bulk rename

bulkRenameAction + naming-convention engine + pause/resume watcher are all wired and tested. The chip builder + live-preview UI lands in v1.5; for now use Cleanup's naming-violations check + a one-shot “apply convention” action.

Phase 9: Cleanup checks (3 of spec's 8) + Duplicates (sha256 + same-name) + Server Actions for soft-delete / bulk rename / apply convention / remove orphan + archive-cleanup nightly script with round 10 #76 unlink-failure tolerance + WAL TRUNCATE.
